The Organizational Structure of the St. Vincent DePaul Society


An active philanthropist, Becky Catino holds college degrees from Miami University in Ohio. Professionally, Becky Catino is the former partner in charge of business developments for 625 Investments, and she currently serves as the co-CEO of GigSmart.

In regards to her philanthropic work, Ms. Catino is heavily involved with the St. Vincent DePaul Society in Cincinnati. Currently, she serves as the board chair for the organization. An international charitable organization, the society traces its roots to France in the 1830s. Today, the United States branch of the organization works to end poverty through more than 100,000 volunteers and millions of hours of community service. 

The Society's operations within the United States are governed by the organization’s USA National Council in St. Louis, Missouri, which in turn is guided by the International Council, in Paris, France. Currently, the International Council oversees operations in over 150 countries. Under the USA National Council are 54 diocesan councils that manage 404 district councils. Lastly, over 4,400 conferences make up the front-line unit of operations for the charity.
